Regular bus services do not run, but taxis or private bus transfers can be pre-booked or arranged at the airport.
Driving directions: From Toulouse Airport take the N20 to Andorra, passing through Foix and heading towards Andorra via the Envalira Tunnel(toll) towards Escaldes - La Massana- From the La Massana cable car roundabout, take the left turn off towards Arinsal from the cable car island. After passing through Erts, you will come to the village of Arinsal.
