Location. The Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa is located in Henderson, Nev., eight miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Retail shops and nightlife venues are located adjacent to the resort grounds at The District at Green Valley Ranch.

The hotel contains nine restaurants, three bars, one 24-hour coffee shop and one food court. Quinn's Irish Pub serves draft beers, fish and chips, potato pancakes and appetizers. "Hell's Kitchen" winner Rock Harper leads the staff at Terra Verde, a semi-formal Italian restaurant that serves pasta and risotto dishes, salads, and wine for lunch and dinner.
